Hongyue Group has been specializing in steel structure, steel space frame, container house, prefabricated house since 2001. Our company is in Weifang city, Shandong province, covers 177, 000sqm, including a workshop of 75, 000sqm. Now we have 9 production lines of light steel, heavy steel, space frame, tube truss, color steel plate, curtain wall and other envelope structures. Our annual production capacity is 500, 000 square meters.
Our company passed ISO9001: 2008 quality management system certification and ISO14001: 2004 environmental management system certification. We have established a perfect safety assurance system. We have CNC cutting machines, CNC shearing machines, Hydraulic sheet metal blending machines, Submerged arc welding machines, Corrugated sheet molding machines, Shot blasting cleaning machines, Punching machines, Air compressors, Drilling Machines, Forging Machines and H-beam assembly lines. Production mechanization and equipment automation reach the advanced level in the industry.
We has 38 engineers and 26 R&D staff members. We have independent research and development centers. Our company has established long-term technical cooperation with Zhejiang University, Tianjin University, China′ S Academy of Building Research and Shandong Architecture University.
